Fully booked "EXTRA Opening Dinner"
The first opening dinner was quickly fully booked. After many requests, we will serve the same menu again on 27 December.
We open the gates at 6 pm and serve a three-course menu at the price of 495 SEK per person.

Hot smoked salmon with white mould cheese cream, pickled chanterelles, dill chips and chive pearls.
Hot dish
Venison roast beef with parmesan potato puree, red wine gravy, semi-dried garlic tomatoes and fried kale.
Dessert
Freshly baked raspberry tart with Bourbon vanilla ice cream, raspberry curd, almond flakes and basil sugar.
