The forest around Gesundaberget offers great opportunities for hiking and cycling. It also extends for miles to the west. There are paths and roads that criss-cross the landscape. The roads pass many lakes and some older shepherd's huts and can therefore also be reached by car. The Siljansleden hiking trail passes west of Gesundaberget.
